Only paying guests are allowed on the lake.

No fish are to be introduced or remove from the lake.

The angler is responsible for any damage caused.

The owners cannot be held responsible for loss or theft during your stay.

NO Carp must be retained. 

​

Carp over 30lb to be photographed both sides for identification plus fish above 30lb to be photographed in the water for the protection of the fish.

Its called fishing so any blanks not the owners fault.

​

No refund given for early departure.

​

All dogs must be kept with you on a lead and under control at all times.

​

​

You will be asked to leave for improper conduct of any kind.

​

No swimming in lake.

​

No rod to be left unattended at any time  

​

Unhooking mats must be used for all carp.

​

No open fires permitted only use BBQ grills / pits

​

Any snagged fish MUST be reported / Fish care –  number one priority

​

Bait boats can be used but if you want or to bring your own rowing boat thats fine at your own risk.

All litter to be taken home by anglers
Dispose of litter at end of your week no excuses you wont be coming back.

Anglers under the age of 16 are welcome to fish but they must all be accompanied by a capable adult angler fishing the same swim.

​

Alcohol is accepted in moderation, but anyone found to have had excessive alcohol will be asked to bring their lines in.

​

This is for the welfare of the fish and your own safety.

​

​Your safety and security are important to us so the lakes are fully-fenced with lockable gate at the end. This ensures safe parking and a secure environment in which to relax and pursue the capture of some large carp.

We only offer Brookes Mere to single parties and therefore the use of the lake is exclusively yours. The ideal party size would be 4 anglers thus enabling a good choice of swims. 
A bailiff is in regular attendance should anything need Addressing.
